What data is processed
Contact form and email
When you contact HAVEN, we may process your name, email address, company, CVR, company size, selected advisory focus, relevant workflow, systems, main concern, SMV:Digital interest or history, language choice, and the message you send.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, customer, employee, health, CPR, or trade-secret information through the form.
Technical information
The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Functions. In connection with operations, security, and debugging, technical metadata such as IP address, timestamp, browser information, and server logs may be processed by the hosting infrastructure.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic patterns. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not place tracking data in your browser.
Purposes
- ■ To answer inquiries and assess whether there is a basis for an advisory engagement.
- ■ To prepare a potential agreement, scope, and follow-up if you request advisory services.
- ■ To operate, secure, debug, and improve the website.
Legal basis
Inquiries are generally processed under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in responding to relevant inquiries, and, where the inquiry concerns a potential agreement, Art. 6(1)(b), steps prior to entering into a contract. Operations, security, and analytics are processed under legitimate interest.
You are not subscribed to a newsletter or automated sales sequence by submitting the form. Marketing requires a separate legal basis or consent where required.
Recipients and processors
Data is processed through HAVENs website and hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare Functions, and Cloudflare Web Analytics. If you receive an email reply, relevant contact data is also processed in the email service used to respond.
Retention
Inquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months. If the inquiry leads to a client relationship, relevant data is retained as long as necessary for the collaboration, accounting, documentation, and any legal requirements.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability under data protection rules when the conditions are met.
